People, Process, and Technology - These are my passions since my first job ever at 14. These pillars are my vision for the foundation of a successful professional life and also on personal experience. Since there, I have been in different jobs, companies, industries, and countries - Always placing people in the first place, and developing process to connect with the right technology.
Therefore, today I define my Ikigai as follows -> I help organizations to use all available technologies to leverage engagement and trust, support and influence people on new ways of learning and new ways of working, while increasing communication speed and transparency among team members. It's all about people, and remember that transparency always builds trust.
As an exceptionally motivated Life-Long Learning person, I'm Post-Graduated in Project & Operations Management and certified as Scrum Master, Lean Six-Sigma, Blockchain, Digital Transformation, and Microsoft Teams by the top institutions in these areas.
My mother tongue is 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗴𝘂𝗲𝘀𝗲, my second language is 𝗜𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻, and I'm fluent in 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵. "I think" I can speak as well French and Spanish on intermediate level and I'm learning German already for a long time. Yes, my learning style is learning by doing and also teach on the learning by doing mode; in the end, the practice made perfection.

Privately, I'm a 05 am Club member, and I use this time for exercise and read. As a former Basketball player, I played for over ten years, with +100 games yearly, where I bring almost the best soft skills I have today. For about six years, I serve as a Sunday School Teacher for kids from 7 to 10 years old at Crossroads, a local church in Switzerland, where I live with my wife Paola, son Pietro and daughter Lisa.
