Former CEO & Co-founder of Farma Mondo do Brasil; I did open the Brazilian Market for Farma Mondo, a Swiss-based Pharmaceutical Wholesaler.
Building the company from scratch, I was the only contact for the Brazilian Health Authorities (ANVISA) and Government Agencies while leading the Business Development, Sales, and Operations.
I was responsible for hiring and leading a virtual sales team of 12 members and a local supply chain team of 6 members; I set the S&OP processes and started the vendor management relationship focused on unique cold chain products and solutions dedicated to the Brazilian Market.
On top of that, I established the business model of initial partnership with local wholesalers. Last but most importantly, I installed the bid management process to supply the Minister of Health of Brazil and their state units, the Secretary of Health on 10 Brazilian States; making Farma Mondo do Brasil an essential Pharmaceutical Wholesaler for the Brazilian Government when talking about orphan drugs, clinical trials comparators, oncology and hard to find products. With that, making Farma Mondo do Brasil the most important and profitable sister company of Farma Mondo Switzerland in less than two years.
