Chicago 2012, IQPC Conference for the Cold Chain Industry dedicated to the Pharmaceutical products - That was my first time speaking in a conference or event with over 100 people. There is always to promote the company I am working for or a specific topic around the industry.

However, what makes all my passion for sharing as a speaker is my personal experiences while an immigrant from Brazil to Italy (€200,00) and my professional and personal changes over the past 20 years, from the country and cultural perspectives as well as the shift of industries and roles, from Business Development to Project and Program Manage, for small and multi-national organizations.

On top of that, I am acting as a Digital Influencer to promote the awareness of mindset change of new ways of learning, new ways of working, the collaboration between team members, and communication speed and transparency.
